Refund policy
At Tostoria di Jake, we are committed to providing you with the freshest coffee and the best equipment to brew it. Each bag of coffee is roasted to order, and every piece of equipment is carefully selected for quality.
Coffee Products (Roasted Beans)
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our coffee beans, we have a strict no-return policy. We cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans once they have been shipped. This policy helps us maintain our quality and freshness standards.
Coffee Brewing Equipment
Returns: You may return unused and undamaged brewing equipment within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned equipment, we will process a refund to your original method of payment, typically within [e.g., 5-7 business days]. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on used equipment. Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are also not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there is a problem with your order, such as a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number.
A clear description of the problem.
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will review your request on a case-by-case basis. If a refund or replacement is approved, we will notify you and process it as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been roasted or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number.
