1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship all across India.

Our shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.

We partner with reliable third-party courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

For Coffee Orders:

We believe that the best coffee is a well-rested coffee. To ensure our beans have had a chance to de-gas and develop their full flavor profile, we hold all coffee orders for a mandatory resting period.

Therefore, all coffee orders will be processed and dispatched two (2) business days after the order has been placed.

For Brewing Equipment and Merchandise:

Orders containing only brewing equipment or merchandise will be processed and dispatched on the next business day following the order placement.

If your order contains both coffee and brewing equipment, the entire order will be held and dispatched together after the two-day resting period for the coffee beans has been completed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, public holidays, or other local issues may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and your pincode. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier partner.

6. Damage or Issues with Delivery

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package appears to be damaged, do not accept it and notify the courier immediately.

If you find any issues with the items inside the package, please contact our customer support team at info@tostoriadijakecoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will review your case and work towards a suitable solution.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to our prompt order processing, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations to your order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing
