Due to the nature of coffee beans, which are agricultural products, slight variations in flavor, aroma, and appearance may occur. Our roasting process is a blend of art and science, and we aim for consistency, but the final product may have subtle differences batch to batch.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

The prices displayed are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

We accept various forms of online payment as specified at checkout. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

In case of any pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order to the address provided by you at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once the product is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

No Returns: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our coffee products, we have a strict no-return policy. We cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans.

Refunds: Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product. If you believe your product is defective or incorrect, you must contact us at info@tostoriadijakecoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. All refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been roasted or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

6. User Conduct You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You agree not to post any content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
