The Wild Titan is the grounded anchor of our Frontier Collection. Inspired by the Mithun—the powerful, muscular sentinel of the Nagaland hills—this medium-dark roast embodies the unshakable strength of the Mokokchung terrain. While its companion, the Dawn Herald, explores the mountain horizons, the Wild Titan is rooted in the deep, mineral-rich soil of the Northeast.
Every batch is a labor of precision at the Tsüngremsa Multi Farm. As a small, family-run estate, they eschew industrial methods in favor of a dedicated hand-processed approach. By washing the beans in natural mountain spring water, the farm preserves the structural mass of the Arabica while developing the syrupy, bold complexity that defines this "Titan".
The Flavor Architecture
The Bedrock (Base Notes): A heavy, resonant core of Dark Chocolate provides the primary structural depth of the cup.
The Mineral (Mid-Notes): A rich, buttery Caramel sweetness that coats the palate, softening the intensity of the dark cocoa.
The Wild (Accent Notes): A subtle, warming Spice—reminiscent of toasted cinnamon and clove—adds a final layer of complex detail to the finish.

Suya Earth is a powerful, "monumental" roast. It performs exceptionally well in a French Press or Moka Pot, where its heavy body and spice notes are fully amplified. It also serves as a formidable base for milk-based drinks, retaining its dark chocolate character against the creaminess of the milk.
