The Dawn Herald is the awakening spirit of our Frontier Collection. Inspired by the Great Hornbill, whose call signals the first light over the mist-shrouded peaks of Mokokchung, this medium roast is a tribute to the soaring beauty of Nagaland’s unexplored mountains.

This is a story of purity and patience. Sourced from the Tsüngremsa Multi Farm—a small, family-run estate dedicated to preserving the wild character of the land—every bean is a testament to the artisan spirit. Processed entirely by hand and washed with natural mountain spring water, Dawn Herald offers a level of clarity and clean quality that defines the new frontier of Indian specialty coffee.

The Flavor Discovery

The Horizon (High Notes): A bright, articulate pop of Red Cherry acidity that provides the "lift" of the mountain air.

The Forest (Mid-Notes): A rich, sun-dried sweetness reminiscent of Raisins, adding a layer of sophisticated, jammy complexity.

The Earth (Base Notes): A smooth, comforting Dark Chocolate finish that lingers like the shadows in a deep valley.
